What spending earns points?
The planned rate is 1 point per £1 of eligible product spending after discounts. Delivery does not earn points. Pennies accumulate, so two £2.50 purchases add up to 5 points.
What happens with refunds?
Points will be adjusted when eligible products are refunded or cancelled. Only verified qualifying spending counts.
Will my full name be public?
Public participation will be optional. The leaderboard will use a chosen nickname, rather than your full name or order details.
What if two people have the same points?
The proposed tie-break is the time the score was reached, with the earlier score first. The final ranking rules will be published before launch.
